The foundation of Faculty :

Faculty was established community development in 1995 the village maintain good Wader Metema orientation for the purpose of community service and contribute to solving the problems of development and the concept of the development of the society, which requires a conscious and planned maintenance and knowledge of the costs and the means and the results depend on the movement of material, social and cultural rights, development and coordination and translated in the form of affirmative action to raise the level the local community, and this is the aim of the establishment of the College.

The objectives of the College :

1 - the development of communities (urban-village-Bedouin) in the areas of service and behavioral.

2-coordination between the popular and official efforts at reform functionally and geographically at all levels.

3-provide technical support to those who contribute to development.

4-conduct the studies required to know the community and its resources to develop reform plans.

5-discovery of local leadership in communities and training.

6-teaching in the areas of development and to prepare them to work according to the circumstances and needs of the community.

7-Conduct and encourage continuing education.
