The emergence of faculty :

faculty emerged in 2001 on the pattern of modern science faculties, it would be quite destined for community service contribution to the solution of scientific and technical problems and will be taught overlapping and integrated to achieve this purpose derive overall purposes of the objectives of the university and particularly the issue of work on the preparation of Alum qualifying capable of serving the community.

The objectives of the faculty :

faculty works to achieve the following objectives :

(1) education and training of scholars in the field of science and technology have to prepare them for work.

(2) conducting scientific and applied research associated with the needs and problems of society in order to develop scientifically and technically.

(3) participation in the provision and development of scientific and technical services to members of the community.

(4) interest in scientific concepts and legacies to conduct the studies required for development and promotion.

(5) Promote education and continuous learning.

(6) linking graduates faculty and the community.

Admission requirements :

(1) be nominated students on the basis of the selection of direct testimony Sudanese and certificates equivalent

According to the terms of the acceptance of higher education.

Derived faculty foundations and principles work by the general purpose of the University and therefore they are seeking to achieve :

(1) Department of Statistics and Computer.

(2) Department of Mathematics.

(3) the physics department.

(4) Department of Chemistry.

(5) Department of Zoology.

(6) Department of Botany.

(4) bilingual Arabic and English to enable him to follow up scientific development and participation through

(5) acquire self-knowledge and benefit from the works to train others.

(6) handles all problems in scientific fields at the level of individual, family and the State's ability and high efficiency.

A study of statistics and computer leave four years so that the academic year two classrooms each for 16 week and consider granting honors degree in the fifth year.

The objectives of the Platform Department of Physics and Mathematics :

Platform aims to prepare graduates capable of :

(1) understand and accommodate the problems of بعلمي mathematics, physics and contribute to the solution.

(2) adhere to the principles of Islamic Ethics in scientific applications.

(3) scientific research and being involved in order to reach the level of scientific required.
