foundation :
faculty of Education was established in 1994 on the premises of the teacher training institute has made efforts related to the university administration for the rehabilitation of the faculty. In terms of buildings, rooms and laboratories, offices and furniture.

The objectives of the faculty : faculty-aim for the following : -

1-train students and prepare them for work in Sudanese schools teaching basic and rehabilitation academically and scientifically.

2-equip students with science and skills, good values and spiritual ideals and the higher national participation in the overall development.

3-To conduct research and theoretical studies and applied (academic and educational).

4-raising the efficiency of teachers and educational administrators in-service training.

5-Contributing education faculties in universities with the Sudanese Ministry of Education and educational departments States to study educational problems and offering advice and appropriate services in the field of education.

6-interest issues of the local environment and similar environments.
