The university administration is composed of the shepherd and head of the University Council and the Rector and the Under-Secretary of the University and Scientific Affairs, the dean of students affairs and deans of faculties and departments for assistance.

University Council :

It is the supreme authority in the university and the development of policies and plans to develop the university and improve performance scientifically and educationally, financially and administratively and modernize its methods of work, methods such as the establishment of facultys and institutes, and to develop rules and regulations of the University.

The professors :

The organization in charge of setting public policy and scientific study programs and the university plans to accept students in undergraduate and the granting of diplomas and awards and honorary degrees and encourage scientific research.

Rector :

Is responsible scientific and CEO of the University's performance and work on achieving the purposes of scientific, educational, administrative and maintenance of public order of the University.

Agent :

The Director is responsible for the administrative and financial functioning of the University and follow up the implementation of the decisions of the University Council.

Dean of Students :

Be responsible for Student Affairs, cultural, social and educational systems, and the observance of ethical conduct for students within and outside the University.

Secretary of Scientific Affairs :

Be responsible for the scientific and academic performance and follow up the implementation of the recommendations and resolutions of the professors.

External relations :

Despite the newness of the establishment of the university was able to form relationships with scientific institutions distinctive local, regional and global levels, as well as with international organizations. One example is the relationship with the universities of the University of South Africa, Wales, Cardiff and Chinese universities.
